Dr. Salma Ismail, talks in her research entitled: “The Significance of Folklore Heritage in reviewing the Islamic History”.Dr. Mustafa Wajih, affirms in his research entitled: “Bread is the Source of Movement of folk Classes in Egypt at the Time of the Mamluk Sultans (1250-1517)” that most of the popular uprisings in Egypt, at the time of the Mamluk Sultans, has occurred for two reasons: Religion and Food. Dr. Hassan Khalil, research entitled: “Legacies and Inheritances in the Ottoman Era”, Has alluded to the Documents of the “Arab Estate-Distribution Court”.
