Cancellation policy

• Customers can cancel their orders within a specified time frame, usually within 24 hours of placing the order. However, if the order has already been processed and shipped, cancellation may not be possible
• To cancel an order, customers are required to contact Bookstore Customer Service as soon as possible, providing order details and the reason for cancellation
• Exchange policy
• A bookstore may offer an exchange option for customers who wish to exchange the purchased book for a different title or edition
• Similar to the return process, customers need to contact bookstore customer service to initiate the exchange and obtain the exchange authorization
• The book to be exchanged must be in its original, unused condition, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Customers may be responsible for any price discrepancies and additional shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless the exchange was due to an error on the part of the bookstore.
