We encourage all customers to inspect their received items immediately upon delivery. If you discover any visible damages or defects, please take the following steps:
- Reporting Damages & Defects:

Report contains:

A clear description of the damage or defect
Photographs that clearly depict the issue (if applicable) - Assessment and Resolution:
Upon receiving your report, our customer support team will assess the issue and get back to you within [3 business days] to acknowledge your complaint. We may request additional information or images to better understand the problem.
Recovery process
- To initiate a return, customers are required to contact bookstore customer service or follow the instructions provided on the website
- Once the return is approved, customers will be provided with a return shipping label or instructions on how to send the item back
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the library will process the refund
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise specified by the customer minus shipping
